Welcome to Creation Station! By booking a party or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1.
Bookings & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

Final payment is due 2 weeks before your event date.

Your booking is not confirmed until we receive your deposit and send you a confirmation.

2.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel, your deposit is non-refundable but may be transferable to a future date if rescheduled with at least 7 days notice.

If we must cancel due to weather or emergency, we will work with you to reschedule or issue a credit.

3.
Location & Setup

We are a mobile service and require a safe, clean space for setup and party activities.

Please allow us access to the party location at least 1-2 before the event start time.

Host must inform us in advance of any location restrictions (e.g., no glitter, limited space, no electricity, etc.).

4.
Party Conduct

We are not a childcare service. A responsible adult must be present during the entire party.

We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or property damage during the party.

Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities your guests may have.

Photos & Social Media

We may take photos during your event to share on our website or social media.

If you prefer we do not photograph your event, please let us know in writing beforehand.

Payments

We accept CashApp and Venmo for the time being. Full payment is due as specified in your invoice.

There are no refunds for services rendered.

Allergy & Safety Disclaimer

Some of our activities may include scented products, glitter, craft materials, or other allergens.

We are not responsible for allergic reactions. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to notify us in advance of any concerns.
